I believe not one person is the problem.
As a marriage and family therapist, I am trained to see how generational trauma and parental influence can affect a person. My goal in therapy is to create healthy generations to come. To do so, I help individuals, couples, and families learn effective forms of communication, get in touch with their emotions, create a self awareness, and undo the toxic habits that may have been taught.

If you and your partner are looking to find a flourishing relationship, couples therapy can be helpful. Through the Gottman Method, I can teach you how to become self aware of miscommunication and learn how to replace it with healthier messages. This could be helpful when trying to heal from relationship trauma like cheating, betrayals, lies, and infertility. Learn more.

Anxiety can come in various forms. As your therapist, I can help decrease anxiety symptoms through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Social Anxiety or Social Phobia can also be tackled through the same methods along with exposure therapy. Learn more.
